Sometimes its really hard to understand but the truth is that People do not become addicted to drugs by choice but people actually become addicted to drugs as a result of bad decisions. Whether it is the result of mere peer pressure or just plain curiosity it is a dangerous path to self destruction. Not only do people on drugs hurt themselves but they also put a tremendous burden on there families and loved ones. Can you Imagine if you had to hide all of your valuables every time your own child showed up at your door step? or even if one day you come home from work to find your new flat screen TV is gone. There’s very little that drug addicts wont do to get high weather its Marijuana, Weed, Crack, Heroin, Cocaine, Ecstasy, Meth or even Prescription Drugs such as Oxycontin, I have witnessed and heard horrible stories of adults as well as young boys and girls turning to prostitution and lives of crime just to support their drug habits. Some times it gets so bad that these individuals actually turn to suicide as a way out. Are you or any of your loved ones suffering because of drug addiction and unsure of what to do ? Do you need someone to talk to and provide some type of hope and guidance? Are you fighting a drug addiction and need help? Do you need to ask questions about drugs and the types of help that are available and that can help ? This site was developed to help educate people on the many ways to deal with and try to help find the way to recovery from a drug addiction. You are not alone , I have a lifetime of stories and experience that many people like us can relate to. I’m not just some writer who did research on drugs and started a blog. I actually lived it!I speak from real life experiences. Now I would like to share my wealth of knowledge and educate anyone with the need to understand the truth about drugs and drug addictions. I know its hard and sometimes embarrassing to talk about the bad experiences that we currently have or have experienced in the past but now is the time for you to let it out and get it out of your system. Please just come get the help that you need .This is the first step to recovery in my book. So please bookmark this blog, email it to a friend/colleague or add our RSS feed, and let’s work it out together!
P. S.
And of course, I’d love to get your feedback on all our topics and this blog and what you would like to see discussed in the future. Until next time friends… I share with you this prayer
Drug addiction prayer
My Heavenly Father,
You are great and holy. I am weak and needy. I need your strength, Lord, for mine is gone. Pour your healing oil over me. Let it flow from the top of my head to the bottom of my feet. As my body detoxifies, may the anointing of Jesus cover and protect me. Lead me into a small activity that will keep me busy helping someone else, and take my mind off of myself. As I do for others in your name, Lord, blanket me with your healing. I ask this with a penitent heart. I thank you, my Heavenly Father. I ask this in your Son’s holy name, Jesus, amen.
Sincerely
Decrem
